Ready to Embark on your permanent makeup journey?
Here's what you can expect:
1. A step-by-step, comprehensive handbook detailing all the information covered in the course. This will serve as a written reference guide before and after course completion.
2. A Permanent Makeup Master Kit containing supplies and tools necessary to kickstart your permanent makeup business.
3. Learn the basics of permanent makeup, including techniques, proper hand placement and movement, color theory and brow mapping. The course also covers proper safety protocols and procedures, client consent and medical forms, regulatory and legal requirements as well as how to start your PMU business. On the final day, you will have an opportunity to observe and practice on a live model under the supervision and guidance of Sierra Friar.
Get Certified
Upon course completion, completion of Blood Borne Pathogen training (done online) and practicing on a live model, you will receive a certificate indicating that you have successfully completed the course.
This course provides the fundamental skills and information for you to start your permanent makeup journey, however, what you do with this knowledge is entirely up to you. Completing the course is the first step…
Now that you are certified, What's next?
After completion of the course, you PRACTICE! Each Artist is extended 6 months of guided personal practice and shadowing at The Studio. Practice and patience is key to gaining the confidence necessary to begin taking clients. Remember, we are tattooing faces and have a responsibility to take our role as Permanent Makeup Artists seriously.
The Studio is always looking for talented new artist to add to the team! Artist that show exceptional promise and talent could be offered an internship with potential for employment at The Studio.
